Really great management which is rare for an apartment complex. They seem to really care about the tenants

Had mold in our room, doors didn't close fully, staff was confused the whole time. Took forever to get a response and they weren't really ever helpful. We didn't renew our lease.

I did a walk through a few days ago and even though the property is not fully up and running in its entirety, I am impressed. The units were nice, the fit and finish was above and beyond other properties I toured. The location is also very convenient, with just a hop and a skip you can be in Maryville or in knoxville. The staff was very inviting and friendly. Within minutes of conversation you can tell your dealing with top notch management. Would recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.
