Absolutely love the new management and the hard work they are putting into the property. I have a friend who recently moved in and the unit looked amazing. This place was not kept up with for so long and really needed some TLC so I was excited to see it. Very friendly staff and im excited to see more renovations

Well I applied for 825 paid the deposit and was told when it would be available 3 days before available I emailed about when I could see the inside then I was informed it wasn’t available after saying that would be perfect because I’m a day sleeper So I seen 820C was available so I let the office know I was interested in it wasn’t going to be available until September 29 and was told what the rent was to be then on September 17 emailed office about when I could see the apartment answer was September 26 and told how much the rent was and each time I talked to someone it was a different amount each time and was higher than what was advertised and was updated showing 200.00 lower and that was not what I was told so I’m wondering if the ladies in the office are scamming people and pocketing th

I absolutely LOVED living here!! The apartment was the perfect size for me and my daughter. I loved the layout of our apartment and especially loved the sliding back door. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had some very friendly neighbors. And one of my favorite features was the pool!! I definitely have to take a moment to brag on the site manager Angela Collins. She was always so very nice and helpful. She manages SEVERAL different complexes and she always got back to me in a timely manner with any questions that I had. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live that is reasonably priced, I highly recommend Jonathan's Ridge Apartments!! The only reason I left is because I bought a house, if that had not been the case, I would still be there to this day!!

At first we enjoyed staying here, but when we moved out we couldn't wait to leave. The apartments are fine, except for the air conditioning unit being so loud. We did have some leaking issues when it rained because we were on the ground floor, but management never came to look at it that we know of. The biggest problem was with management. The old apartment manager was great, but the new one must be very inexperienced. She never responded to issues we had, no matter how significant they were. The apartment complex itself is pretty expensive. Our rent went up almost $30 a month both times we renewed our lease. The complex allows dogs which was great for us, but the designated areas to take your dog to the bathroom are never cleaned up. If you live at the top of the hill, don't expect to lea

Would definitely recommend this apartment complex. This was my mine and my fiancé’s first apartment. Terry was so helpful and patient with any of the questions we had for him. You can tell that he just really cares about his tenants. The maintenance is very responsive with any problems that you might have and they actually fix the issues. Mark is the best! Really nice guy as well. They keep the pool and the playground really clean also. Overall, very nice place to live!
