APEX Property Management

I’ve rented from Apex Property Management for the past year and have had a fantastic experience. They’re professional, responsive, and truly easy to work with. Any questions or maintenance needs were handled quickly and clearly, which made renting stress free. A special thank you to Christine and Melinda — They have been incredible. They are always kind, responsive, and on top of everything. You can tell they genuinely care about both the property and the tenants. I highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for a well managed rental and a team that actually communicates and follows through.

I've had a great experience as a tenant with this rental management company! The staff is always friendly and very quick to respond to any requests or concerns. Monthly pest control is great, and when I asked for an extra spray, they had someone out right away with no hassle. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. It's also pet friendly, but they do a great job holding pet owners accountable for cleaning up after their pets… something not every community is great about enforcing. Trash issues are also handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free rental experience. Highly recommend!

We applied with APEX on a Friday and by Tuesday morning we were signing the lease on a beautiful home that is very affordable financially and located in a good neighborhood. They are excellent at reaching back out with any questions. If you're praying or thinking about renting from them this is your sign to do so. You won't be disappointed.

I am wrapping up a one year lease at a complex managed by Apex and wanted to write this to provide future tenants pros and cons about this complex. In my opinion, this apartment is a glorified slum. There are A/C wall units, however, only in the bedroom. Meaning that the kitchen, bathroom, and living room is scorching hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. Plus, utilities are going to be high because the wall unit constantly runs to keep the apartment at a flat temperature. They sent out an email in the summer telling tenants to just close their blinds and turn their AC units above 70 degrees. At that point, you might as well go outside. I would sit in my living room and sweat just sitting and doing nothing. I also don’t think the carpet has been replaced in a long time. There is

When I was looking for a place after separation from my husband - I had called multiple places in an attempt to have a home this company answered and came thru for me. Melinda is fabulous she helped me all the way to see that everything was smooth. I can’t thank her enough and for the company working with me. I’ve been thru a lot and losing my youngest son destroyed my marriage and I’m thankful to have a place that I can be comfortable in as I start over and make memories in my place. I’ve not had any issues since moving in - other than someone parking in one of my spots which a neighbor took care of lol.
