If I could give **zero stars**, I would. Top Services Property Management LLC, especially Laura, has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any management company. Laura is extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly has no interest in doing her job. She treats clients with complete disrespect and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her just by asking simple questions. Instead of helping, she avoids responsibility, ignores concerns, and makes the entire process a nightmare. It’s unbelievable that someone in her position would treat paying clients this way. Property management is supposed to be about communication, reliability, and service—qualities Laura does not have. Save yourself the stress and frustration and stay far away from Top Services Property Management LLC.

Dear owners of Marbella Park West . My name is Al Barrios and I am the legal president elected by the previous board of directors. I wish to file a complaint against this company. Mr Roberto Coripio the owner and president of this enterprise has become a dictator by refusing to transfer the administrative control to the new management company. Mr . Coripio has used dirty tactics to avoid peaceful transition.He is appointing someone as a president who was not legally elected and a secretary who is not qualify to be board member , because, she owns a company that works for the community.By the baylaws these people agreed with the fraud and corruption that Mr. Coripio is doing in the community MARBELLA PARK WEST. I had one of the worst experiences today at my community’s maintenance office, which is managed by Top Service Property Management. The woman at the front desk, Laura, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She mocked me, yelled at me, and even closed the window in my face, telling me to leave and that she wasn’t going to help me. The owner was inside and clearly heard everything but did absolutely nothing to stop her or demand basic respect. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable behavior. No resident should ever be treated this way. If this is the kind of staff and management that represent this company, then they do not deserve to manage any community. I will make sure to take all necessary steps so that this type of behavior does not go unpunished.

-0 negative 0 if I could. HOA & owners literally take a dump on renters. When you sign your lease, it's beautiful, day 2-3 your car gets towed $185.00. Strangers take your 1 & only parking or you get blocked in. When you get home you can't park & they have a towing company that tows renters cars like its stealing candy from a baby. My car was registered, in my space & still towed because they never listed my car. It was towed 2xs until they finally told me & I was never reimbursed. $370.00. They tried stealing my rims, they also busted my back window of my car to steal my speakers & tried to kick down my front door & still hasn't fixed my front or back door. Avoid Top Service Property Management at All Costs I'm writing to express my outrage and disappointment with Top Service Property Management. Today, Natalia from the company visited our property to inform us that our car needed to be moved. Despite our assurance that it would be relocated, she threatened to have it towed – ironically, just before the holiday season. What's even more appalling is that the main water valve servicing all units was stolen two days ago, and as of today, no effort has been made to repair or replace it. This has left unit owners without access to water.
