Him "prepping" me for this process was absolutely vital to keeping my anxiety down. You hear of all the horror stories during the financing aspect of home buying and I was just a ball of nerves. Alain continued to reassure me and explain and answer my questions until I fully understood. What I thought was the silliest question, he made seem valid. He was aggressive in anticipating what would be needed during the underwriting process (I guess that all comes with his experience in the trenches lol).
