APEX Residential Inspections

I was searching for a thorough inspector with extensive experience but who didn't price gauge. I spoke on the phone with Sonnel, and that's exactly the impression he left me with. In person, he lived up to it (and more)! He checked every nook--even our crawl space, and gave us feedback along the way of things we could do to address what he had found. We bought an older home, and he did sewer scope to make sure our pipes were good to go. Beside his expertise, he's awesome to be around and really quick with the report! Highly highly highly recommend him for your home inspection.

Okay, 10/10 highly recommend! I’m not really one to write reviews but Sonnel did such a great job, it was the least I could do! APEX Inspections completed a 4 point and a wind mitigation for my new home and I couldn’t be happier with how thorough and elaborate Sonnel was.
