Top of the Hill Apartments

I have never experienced such a dedicated Landlord who is more concerned about the wellness of his community; property and his tenants. He is always on the property…either repairing, updating everything he can find to do!! He’s physically being a part of what and why you wouid lease an apartment for excellent communication and resolve. The pool has the “ Melrose Place “ vibe and even though is nestled in between buildings it offers the quietest reprieve from the “ Medical Mile “ of Grand Rapids. My favorite, besides the clean hallways and the pool is the laundry onsite (most units I understand come with them now) but for larger loads he has an additional laundry area in one of the buildings along with additional storage. I’ve been really happy living here so far! It’s in the perfect spot, just minutes from downtown, but still quiet enough to relax after a long day. The apartments look modern and well-kept, maintenance is super responsive, and the pool is a nice bonus during the summer. Assigned parking and a friendly landlord make it an easy place to call home!

I recently moved here from Chicago and this place has been perfect! It’s super close to downtown (just a short walk to all the fun) but still nice and relaxing when you’re home. The apartments are updated, maintenance is quick, there’s a nice pool in the summer, assigned parking, and the landlord is really attentive!

It's a calming environment. The people are kind and friendly. The landlord is attentive to your needs. The Airbnb provides provided the essentials. It's close the highway and Downtown. It's been a wonderful experience.

Update (8/29): Another email attached. You stated you won’t rent to me due to my job, interesting. Please see photo 4 for quick google search. You’ve stated several times you’re denying me an application based on my job/employment. I could bring this to the City Housing Board’s attention if further emails are sent, Honest reviews of any experience with an establishment are valid reviews. Update(8/28): the email (2nd photo) I received at for posting said review below. Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. I simply asked about any apartment available and stated I worked at the court house. I’m not an attorney or anyone in the legal field honestly. I organize files, that’s it.
