I worked with Ann and Shelly for a year and a half before purchasing a home last month. I would recommend their services to anyone. I initially contacted them years ago because they were a Dave Ramsey endorsed provider. Gatehouse is experienced in the market, always available and in tune to what their client is looking for. What I valued the most for all the homes we looked at was their honesty. They would point things out I wouldn’t think of, would say if a house was overvalued, or if they thought it was fairly priced. The value discussions came with a review and inclusion of improvements needed (roof, mechanicals, flooring, kitchen etc). That honesty gave me trust, and both honesty and trust are invaluable to me. What do you say about an agent that drops what ever she is doing, to show you a house? Works around every ones screwey schedules, and makes you think over night so you don't just jump into a house? FANTASTIC!!!!!! Danielle kept us in the loop, talked to our finance people multiple times, and got us into our new home!! As I'm not planning on moving again EVER....(i really hate packing) she is the first name I give if someone is looking to buy or sell. This has been by far the easiest process ever! It took more effort to buy my truck than this did. Danielle thank you for taking such good care of us. Understanding our odd ball family...and always having a smile on your face.

Ann was the top choice for us when we decided we had to sell our custom home. We had no recommendations so we looked into web for top realtors in our area. We wanted an agent within a 1/2 hour drive so that showings would be convenient! We looked at who was selling houses and how long they have been selling. Ann was very knowledgeable of the market, took professional photos and listened the home quickly. We had a lot of showings and offers so the price was right!
