I have purchased three homes and sold two with Scott Bradford's assistance over the past 10 years. Each time it was a no brainer to keep going back to Scott. He's a go-getter with buying and selling and had my best interests in mind. Each buying and selling process with Scott has been smooth and he's kept me informed of next steps and all of my options. The more I get familiar with real estate, the more apparent it is that Scott and the May Group team are some of the most honest and hard working agents in the area. As a first time home buyer, Scott was by far the best realtor we had met with and he was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped us understand every step of the process as we went along. Scott was very honest and straight forward about things he did and didn’t like about homes we saw, and pointed out things we should be looking out for. Ultimately, Scott found us an incredible home in our price range and our very first offer was accepted the day after we first saw the house. Scott used his experience and connections to negotiate a deal that led to the seller accepting our offer, and even sent someone out on his own dime to service the furnace within hours of our home inspection to prevent any damage before closing. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
