Look how many 1 Stars there are, believe them! I posted a bad review before but deleted it, I had to post again. Our community received an email Friday 6, 2026 that said.. Management will be on-site Monday February 9th 2026 to Inspect and Replace SMOKE Detectors in ALL condominium units (there are 250 units) by City Code Requirements that's Mandatory, and you need to make arrangements for someone to be at the home. Yes, read that again, Top Notch sent a 2 day notice expecting everyone to be home on Monday the 9th for them to inspect and Replace SMOKE Detectors that is Mandatory by a City Code. Nothing about time, what happens if you're not home? You don't get the replacement? What happens if you don't read the email and a fire starts? Just makes no sense, they give the least amount of

I have worked with Top Notch for over 5 years. They care about their associations and employees. Their name and reputation are very important to them. While it is very difficult to keep everyone happy in an HOA, they are always responsive and honesty. This is why their business continues to grow. I highly recommend Top Notch Association Management.

This company should be called Top Not. This is the worst management company. The owner of my unit told me to write a review. They removed all the plants in front of my condo about 7 months ago and never replaced with anything. I see dirt, mud in front of my home everyday The owner of the unit is upset that there is nothing they can do about it. I didn't rent my unit thinking curbside appeal would turn into an ugly home front, embarrassed to bring people here. Shows clearly Top Not is not managing anything, except to lower the value of my owners property. The maintenance guy they have does nothing. I've seen him driving his new gulf cart around cruising the lake front, yet my home has dirt and mud all around, they bought a gulf cart but didn't buy rocks like the other side of the com

Beware, if a board member wants to use this company it's because the board member will be making money by using this company, not because this is a good company. This company will take out a loan then a second loan to do work in your community but that work is never complete and the board members will be the only ones to benefit from these loans not the whole community. But your fees will increase by hundreds of dollars. Use this company your property fees will go up and your property value will go down. Where I'm at so far $20,000 property loss because our community looks so bad. Top Notch has torn up our community, literally, they paid a guy, one person with no lawn experience to tear out all our plants then just left it like that. Her communication is clear, timely, and thoughtful, which makes the entire process feel collaborative instead of complicated. She is consistently professional, approachable, and solution-oriented, and she does an excellent job ensuring our HOA is supportive and helpful rather than a burden for homeowners.
