Wow…I don’t know where to start Drew Broker…the best salesman ever!! Our entire experience, Drew was down for the ride! We started strong, then things happened but through it all, Drew remained beside us the entire time! From the first day of viewing the model (I was there almost every weekend for 2 months) to the time that we made it to the closing table, Drew offered nothing but consistency, positivity, and words of encouragement along the way. Drew reminded my husband and I about the progress made and hard work! At times we felt defeated he still was there in our corner cheering us on, letting us know that this is our house!! I would have given 6 stars and more if available. My wife and I agree that the sales rep Perry Dearing that worked with us while exploring the possibility of purchasing a Ryan Home at Tooley Harbor. Perry was simply outstanding through the entire process. We cannot say enough good things of the sales rep and the experience we had was such a very pleasant one. Not many people honestly can say that during a major sales purchase process experience. Perry was very honest; all our questions were answered quickly and above satisfactory.
