I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Used to rent a small house in Edenton. Simple house, fair price. When I moved in I had to clean the house myself ( they charged me an expensive cleaning fee when I return the keys). Doors and windows blinds were broken, they never replaced and they charged for that when I leave the house. For a small mirror that I damaged they charged me 125 dollars, they probably bought for 30 bucks. They took all my security deposit. And I was going to refer the company to coworkers moving to Edenton. Now I say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Money grabbers. $55 application fee for each (a MARRIED couple) adult. 1 has rental listed for over a month... Wonder how many $55 fees they have collected?
