They represent the seller/owner instead of us the buyer. Of course they are paid by the seller/owner , so that is understandable. just very difficult to get thru the repairs requested by our inspection.

I dont think we would have been able to buy our dream home without Judy! She is smart, on top of things and has great communication. The person who referred us said that if they are ever in a real-estate deal they want Judy on their side and I feel the same way!
