Robyn D. was amazing! She was caring when explaining the process and made sure to listen to any of my questions and gave a thoughtful answer. They were also accommodating and made sure I was able to get the transaction done on time. She rocks! 😊

We worked with both Mindy (Carmel, IN location) and Stacey (Greenwood, IN location) and they were both great. Mindy was very responsive in email to answer all of our questions and make sure we had all the information we needed. Stacey walked us through the closing process and was very professional and timely. Highly recommend working with this company!

Poor attention to detail on important matters. They say that they overpaid me at closing, which is is definitely something they should have caught before they cut me the check. Now there’s an urgency for ME to go all the way down there to give them a check for the difference, which I no longer have due to repairs I’m making on my new home. That is an unacceptable error on their end and it shouldn’t have taken them 3 days to realize THEIR mistake.

First American Title has the smoothest closing process I've experienced to date. They do their due diligence and have everything 100% ready for closing day. I will be using them a third time in the coming months.
