The Madison at Greenwood

Overall had a good experience at The Madison, been here around two months. Great space and great amenities. The community is overall nice and friendly as well. Very pet friendly and location is close to everything you would need. Now Cons we’ve experienced over the past few months living at The Madison. First the elevator has been broke two different times now, first time took over 3 weeks to fix and only lasted around a week before broken again. Secondly my car was wrongfully this towed, which costed me $150 I did not have to spare after just had moved in. And after talked to staff about the situation, was told it would be fixed/refunded. Around 3 weeks later and no follow up/refund. **UPDATE** was given half of the amount ($75) because the towing company didn’t take fault. Beware of Had

If I could leave a zero I would DO NOT move here! They make us get wifi with the company of their choice it is always down. The grounds to include elevators contain pet feces and urine all of the tenants complain and the management does nothing about it. The portal to pay rent is constantly down you will receive a late fee of 75.00 / 10.00 each additional day until you can pay it even if the issue is with the portal. Parking does not exist unless you pay 100.00 for parking per month. My biggest complaint is the management they are a joke . Neither the assistant manager or manager understand anything that is communicated. They will pass the buck and never come up with a solution. I couldn’t recommend this place to new tenants. As everyone else is saying, the parking situation is miserably bad. There is animal waste left inside or on sidewalks. Internet sometimes goes out for no reason. The water is super hard. Walls are thin. Packages go missing and are a nightmare to find in the locker. Etc etc. The only good things are the resident events and the apartment itself looks nice. I sadly renewed but won’t be leasing again as soon as it’s finished. The price is too high given all the inconveniences.

I’ve lived here since December 2024, and based on my own experiences, I cannot recommend this complex. The Madison markets itself as a luxury-style apartment, yet for roughly $1,640 a month for a 1 bed / 1 bath (654 sq. ft.), the quality and management fall far short of what you would expect. Parking: Parking is one of the biggest frustrations. There is extremely limited availability unless you pay extra. I was forced into paying $75 for a space, and my partner has to pay an additional $50 to park in a completely different building’s garage, even though there are open spots in ours. Management claims it’s one vehicle per unit, yet I’ve personally seen neighbors with multiple spots in the same garage. I love living here! Great neighbors, great staff, great location and gorgeous development surrounded by ample green space! It’s also very quiet & super dog friendly! Highly recommend!
