Tomoka Pointe

From the very first day, my experience here has been awesome! Dalylah in the leasing office has been so friendly and helpful every step of the way - she honestly made moving in so easy and always goes out of her way to help with anything I need. The maintenance team is also amazing. Jacob is great, and Sal also is the absolute best! He’s so kind, super helpful, and always makes sure everything gets taken care of quickly. It really makes such a difference knowing the staff genuinely care about the people who live here. Also, the gym is huge and has lots of equipment to use and the pool and grill area are super comfortable and a nice place to relax! I’m really glad I chose this place - it feels like home thanks to the people who work here!

I really enjoyed my time at Tomoka Pointe. Management was extremely helpful Dalylah and Kelsey are the best! Maintenance was always friendly and quick, which made living here even better.The amenities were excellent the gym was always clean, the pool area was well maintained, and the property itself offered plenty to do. The neighborhood was also great, with nice walking and biking areas and convenient access to nearby spots. I would have extended my stay if it weren’t for my upstairs night-owl neighbors, who were unfortunately too noisy late into the night, despite my attempts to work things out with both them and management.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I couldn’t be happier. The community is clean, comfortable, and genuinely a great place to live. From day one, Dalylah in the office has been incredibly helpful—she made the whole process smooth and always takes the time to answer questions with a smile. The maintenance team is truly above and beyond. Mr. Sal did respond in less than 5 minutes , handled everything professionally, and made sure the job is done right the first time. It’s clear they care about the residents and the property. Overall, amazing experience so far. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!

I'm honestly really glad I moved in; I've always found people to be the core of my apartment experience, and Tomoka Pointe isn't short on helpful staff. The moving in was fantastic, service here is what allows me to overlook short falls here and there regarding (which are sometimes out of staff control; I get it.). Dalylah worked hard to help us out when we ran into obstacles during our home searching, and went above and beyond to coordinate with us to move in and after some hiccups with maintenance coordination, Sal did a great job solving the issues we came across post initial move in too!
