Never choose this company regardless of it, who ever selling they lost their offer , he always over reacting on the property searches. I got the bad experience as buyer and closer. Unfortunately there are very few companies in that area so I got advantage of monopoly. I never ever suggested, good buyer miss good opportunity because of him and think that he is protecting you buying bad property but not.

My husband and I reached out to Toma Abstract for assistance with lien searches. After agreeing to help us with our project, we heard from them about 1 search and never heard from them again. The lack of response delayed our project by 4 months. We reached out multiple times by phone and email and a message was always taken down but no one ever got back to us. Each time we spoke with someone they continued to say they’ll assist us but never assisted. We paid them in a speedy manner for the one they provided and stood in communication but they repeatedly dropped the ball each time after. This was very disappointing. We would’ve appreciated if they would’ve honestly told us they could not help us instead of string us along.

Noel is very unprofessional. She missed many things in our closings she Had scheduled. 10 to be exact This delayed the closing for months. She would request information that took days to get at 4:30 the evening The night before closings. They were impossible to get because most businesses were closing or required a minimum of 24 hour notice. Disregarded customer and agent emails for weeks, delaying closings. Never returned calls or gave one word answers leaving agents and customer frustrated and confused. Finally closed after it cost me $2200 in late fees and faxing fees because of the many many pushed back closings.
