If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This management team is beyond irresponsible and incompetent. They are constantly sending out late notices for things that were supposedly “processed” months ago — 3 or 4 months later they suddenly remember? And all they can say is “sorry.” Sorry doesn’t fix the stress you cause. They are unorganized, greedy, and rude as hell. Every single time something gets messed up, it’s on their end. Documents magically go missing. Payments aren’t applied correctly. Letters show up late. Nobody has real answers for anything — except when it’s time to raise the rent or demand yet another paystub. Hi I lived here almost my entire childhood until my grandfather passed away and the manager at the time tried to ask for more money by taking advantage of the death in my family but I don't think people are getting the point of this place u have no idea how bad it can be if u want to see how bad housing can be try living in Pottsville pa housing authority they are 30× worse

If I could give 0 stars I would… if you want to live with a bunch of roaches and rats then this is the place to be… it’s an absolutely disgusting place to live I would not recommend AT ALL they are infesteddd with rats and roaches!!!! And they will do nothing to help you either!!. it doesn’t even have to be your own apartment it’s could be others peoples apartments who live next to you and no matter how clean you are they are in your apartment.

I've lived here for 15 years, I'm 19, and I can tell you this place is mostly horrible in my experience. Everything said about the unsupervised children is true. And none of them show any respect for you or your apartment. You could walk through various hallways in some building and see writing on the walls, or even trash under the stairs. I've even had a kid hit the screen of my window, just to try and hit one of my cats. While on the topic of cats, I had 2 of them here for a little over three years. I was told I had to get rid of them, or I could be evicted. I even tried to plead with them in the main office for more time so I could get a document stating I need them, and I was denied. (This was over a year ago) The "no pet" policy isn't real, I've got a document from the office itself

They are very racist. when u have an emergency they don't answer the phone at all even when there isn't an emergency. kids are always trashing the place. they are always messing with the animals around there and kill them. The kids knock on doors and then take off. Constantly tapping on the windows. Telling you that you can't have animals when their policy says u can. If u need a new appliance they will not replace at all until you move out.they say u need a doctors note to have animals. Kids are running around with foul language and unsupervised.
