Don’t recommend unless you want to get screwed. Sold my property and use them cost me -$58,000 plus all other fees that comes with the sale. I wasn’t aware that i had a judgment or lien against me. Its their job to make sure and inform the seller if theres any issue but yet they kept quiet never inform until the day of the closing. So make sure if you do to cross all your T and dot all your I. On top of that gave a check, then 2 days later called me to tell me that check was no good because they forgot to deduct others fees. Think about it twice many others in town available.

I had a less than positive experience working with them. In my opinion, they were unprofessional, nonresponsive, sloppy and frustrating to deal with.

RIDICULOUSLY UNENGAGED & UNPROFESSIONAL! I've NEVER had so many delays selling a house! Covid may be a viable excuse sometimes, but nearly 3 months to verify a clear title and now another month waiting for escrowed money that should have cleared in 10 days. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
