I finally closed on a long-dreamed of desert home in 29 Palms. I was unfamiliar with agents in the area, but my attempts to find an agent led to Tom Murtagh. Tom is a gem. He's knowledgeable about the area and the market, patient with my preferences, and is 100% trustworthy. Once I found the right place (which was honestly very quick once we started looking more seriously), Tom was on top of follow up on all details, made sure all inspections and work were done, and connected me to trusted contractors and even insurance companies to help wrap everything up and move to the next stage. Throughout all stages, Tom was on my side, providing everything from concrete services to wise advice. He was an excellent communicator and is a genuine human with just the skills and character one would need
