Cindy will go out of her way to increase your rent any chance she gets without warning or for any reason. When you need something fixed in the apartment, she will not fix it (doesn't matter how many work order requests are filled out). No matter how nice and kind you try to be about getting maintenance done. When you go to the office, it's usually locked. There's never anyone there. She's money hungry and will squeeze any money that can from you. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from her.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a property manager. There were many occasions we had urgent needs and maintenance requests/calls/emails/visits to the office (locked during office hours) didn't get any responses. We were polite and professional and tried all the correct channels, only to be ignored. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great experience with Ken Cox. Proffessional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. As a property owner I was able to get a rental unit rented in a week with Ken. He knows the area very well and knows how to get the best tenants. I am sure the negative reviews on here are from tenants that did not qualify for a rental, unfortunately. Peace.

I lived here from 2015 to 2017, and my experience over all was if not the best with management. Yeah sure 29 is a very uncomfortable environment during the summer, but getting past the swamp cooler it is a very nice place to live. Ken Cox is very professional and will work with you and will be sure that you get what your looking for and is very supportive. I will give them 5 stars.
