Liberty Military Housing - Adobe

Today, Kris Cox changed my toilet and did an amazing job. He was very professional and courteous while performing the job. 10/10 service. Thank you adobe district and Kris for the great service.

Today my tire got flat. (Im a single parent so didnt have anyone to call to help) one of the employees named Kris came and helped/ taught me to change a tire. Im so very great full, with his help I was able to get my kids from school on time.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Adobe team for the all the support they provided over the last three years! The maintenance staff and district office has always been super helpful and prompt to take care of my concerns. Geoff especially, he always went the extra mile to make sure our home was taken care of and did it with such a great attitude too. Also, shout out to Chris for helping us so promptly when we were locked out of our home. I have also loved the service we have received from Tyler! He has always been so informative and so willing to take care of our concerns, big or small, with the best attitude. we love living in the adobe housing. Employees are super helpful and kind. The down fall is the paint job on the doors and window frames is poorly done. There’s air pockets in the paint everywhere, they won’t fix it and also won’t let the tenants fix it. Update: I spoke to the district manager about how the floors rip extremely easily she was super kind and understanding and had the floors repaired for us. we had our ac go out recently, the maintenance workers came out quickly and the first guy was super sweet and very kind to my family! I will say one of the biggest down falls recently is when we applied for housing we were told we didn’t rate the housing we originally applied for so they offered a house in the Adobe flats 4 area. One of the best and most efficient move-in and a clean segue to being in a home. Especially BRITTANY she put her all in the move and continued to support me even after with check-ins and helping me associate with the new neighborhood. She made sure the home was right and repairable. Brittany made sure we had checked all the boxes for move and some I didnt even know we needed. She’s the go to! -A Married PFC
