Toll Management Company

Over all decent community. Certain things like smooth sidewalks for elderly or little kids to go about would have been good. Steps kind of makes my father who's nearing 70 with poor vision stumble near the steps. (So far no injuries.) Services are also fine. They do come but don't do complete job sometimes. The other day our smoke detector went beeping for no reason and wouldn't stop and they said they would replace it but never came.Small things like this need following up. I am more or less happy. I feel safe and peaceful.

Would Give This Place ZERO STARS, if it was an option. Without a doubt the worst management company in PA, possibly the country. I had broken appliances (when I moved in... AND STILL DO) for over 2 months now. However thats not as bad as my my neighbor -had no washer/dryer for 4 months and when it arrived they gave it to another unit "Because of an emergency". This place is god awful. There is loud music at night, car alarms at crazy hours of the morning. A lustful couple next door, and someone keeps hitting cars in the parking lot while playing football. I find a new bug in here almost everyday. Absolutely disgraceful. The Manager Marilyn Redmond is incompetent. She likes to blame everything on... "Oops we really dropped the ball.. sorry.." and go back to her business like nothing ever

It was over quarter-century back, early-Spring, 1990 that I left Malvern, Penna.'s Charleston Greene townhouse complex after residing there for almost 5 full yrs., dating back to late-July, 1985. I had good, almost 5 full yrs., residing there but it was time to move on. I've missed residing in Malvern, Penna. all these yrs., but have good memories

Worst place to Live in PA. They have zero commitment towards the people who live there. Oh, and their only talent is in coming up with new stories each day for not getting the maintenance done. Never, ever opt to rent here incase you want a peaceful life.

I didn't end up renting from this location but they maintain their 40 year old apartments very well.
