Just because something is new doesn’t mean it’s better. After a year and a half we’ve had more issues with this than we had with a 70-year-old home. They had to break apart our concrete because the neighbors basement was leaking so many things inside went wrong including a major leak from the ceiling after only 4 1/2 months. The dishwasher was never installed right the warranty showed that it was a three-year old dishwasher that was placed in a brand new home appliances are cheap and everything is installed to rapidly and not checked thoroughly. Once the normal living comes into place things start falling apart easily because it was not done right the first time

Good size homes and good response from management on warranty issues although I was skeptical initially 😌
