I must say from the beginning when I first signed up with RowCal Property Management . Preeti was there to answer any every question that had; if she did not no the answer she would inquire and follow-up with me later. From what I can tell over the phone she strives to make the customer happy, she is very informative, very polite and strives to represent the company with dignity, honor and respect. She is the reason why I am still with Company. If she ever decides to leave and go elsewhere... I may follow. Let's see...

Jeanne Jantzi and Harumi Russell both have been a great help to me and my rental property business. Jeanne contacts my tenants when they need to be notified and aware of maintenance and inspection appointments. She makes sure I get to the right employees that I need to within RowCal and always leads me in the direction. Jeanne always answers the phone with a nice, courteous, and pleasant attitude. Harumi Russell my project manager has been with me for years and has provided myself and my tenants with exceptional service. She does all the necessary things that I need done for my tenants, so I don’t have to do them myself. It has been a pleasure to work with both Jeanne and Harumi over the years.

Alexus at Row Cal is an outstanding property manager. She consistently demonstrates great professionalism and truly exceptional customer service. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to address concerns with care and efficiency. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make a big difference in the living experience, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about residents. Row Cal is lucky to have her!

Row Cal, previously known as Del Val, has an efficient system for advertising and showing vacant apartments, collecting applications, scoring applicants, and showing available apartments. Their portal is easy to navigate, and it is very useful in monitoring repair requests. Harumi Russell has been our property manager for several years and has provided me, my mom, and our tenants with exceptional service. She does all the necessary things that we need to have done for our tenants so we don’t have to do them ourselves. She also has gone above and beyond to be helpful to my elderly mom who had managed our properties by herself for 40 years before we joined Del Val. At 99 y.o. she is not internet or email savvy. Love this rental property management team/company. Jessica Sharpe is currently my property manager and she’s so amazing. She’s always available when I have a question or need sometime. Even if she doesn’t know the answer to my question, she’ll go the extra mile to find me answer or get in touch with the right person. Zero complaint so far. Dottie Jackson was my Rental Onboarding Specialist and she was really awesome as well. She made my transition so easy. She always answered all my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion. So far I have no compliant about this company or their services. Will definitely recommend.
