Regarding the Parkvue community: Run. Grab your hard earned money and take it elsewhere. Once you are past the sales team, the experience with the builder will go downhill. There is no quality control, little to no supervision, and their product falls short of their claim of being “America’s “luxury” homebuilder”. Walk around the neighborhood and talk to the neighbors before you commit. We paid for upgrades and what we got were repairs (on a brand new house). 6 months later and we are still fighting them on fixing their mistakes, and they’re being dismissive because we no longer want to have the area manager inside our house to evaluate the issues. Any other supervisor or quality control person is welcome to come and check it out.
