Beautiful Crestone model, ranch home in the Pinery, nestled in beautiful ponderosa pine trees. I've seen wildlife, deer, wild turkeys and fox. This location is the epitome of peace and quiet. Just Lovely!
What a great team and builder! We're having our retirement/ forever home built here. Located at the far east side of the Pinery, south of Parker in the trees, we got one of the last nearly 1 acre lots in the area. Even after the original sale almost 5 months ago, they haven't forgot about us. We have weekly phone calls with the building team; they provide a status of what has been done the previous week and what to expect for that week.
Great customer service & friendly sales associates! Gorgeous model called the Crestone - the largest model they have.
My client just closed on their new home and they are very excited!
