Can’t Beat This !!!! READ !!! The Osgood team was the best selling realtor we ever had! Out house sat on market for 2 years with multiple realtors who could not sell it. Leanne has a whole different view of how to market my home. She staged it well, repositioning furniture to focus on our beautiful view of Pikes Peak. She researched my water rights and she raised not lowered the price over previous realtors. Before it went live, we left for Florida and my upstairs shower leaked, destroying the bedroom below. She took care of it all for me. Hired the contractors, supervised them, washed our bedding and so much more. James and Bjorn were there by her side with Dr. Bob.
