Cheap but terrible apartments. Worst I have lived in. Lazy maintenence, terrible upkeep, and too much drama. They expect the elderly to do maintenence job. And I'm being charged full rent even though I'm only going to be here for half the month. RIP offs.
Completely confusing there are two sides to the apartments one is in between apartment complexes in the other one is crossed from a residential area on Heinz Street
