Cascade Place Apartment Homes

My family is moving out of Cascade Place Apartments due to serious safety concerns that management has repeatedly ignored. In 2024, the complex had 137 police-reported incidents — more than 22 times higher than the Molalla citywide average — including drug activity, violence, and stalking. My family has personally had to call the police on multiple occasions. Despite documenting and reporting these issues to management, our concerns were met with deflection, gaslighting, and dismissive responses. We were left to cope with dangerous situations on our own. Management clearly does not prioritize tenant safety, and living here was stressful and unsafe. I do not recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a safe, well-managed home.

Besides the EXTREMELY cheap/low quality construction build of the apartments, the units themselves are nice in appearance and size, but that's about the only good thing I have to say about this place. I think a windstorm could wipe out the complex. The noise here is HORRIBLE. You can hear your neighbors every move all day and night if you have upstairs neighbors. It's not your typical (or somewhat expected) noise from apartment living!! Don't even get me started on all the kids here running a muck and trashing the grounds daily. Every morning before staff arrives there's trash from the day/night before all over outside...food, wrappers, garbage-you name it-all over sidewalks and in the grass areas. I feel bad for the maintenance man because he has to pick up all the litter every morning wh

Quietest apartment..I've lived in Staff for most part are great. Maintenance..reliable..waiting usual not long.

We’ve been going apartment shopping for a while know and we’ve been to about 3 until we found cascade apartments, the main issue with other apartments was the inconsistent help from the front desk staff, when we came to cascade apartments we met Monica and from the start she has been SUPER helpful and guiding us through everything and making sure we have everything we need and even reaching out, Monica is definitely one of the reasons we are choosing to live in casade apartments, the place itself is kept really clean and is beautiful and comfortable.

I like this place, I live right behind Grocery Outlet Idk what Ozzy Oz is talking about not a whole lotta noise coming from a grocery store. I also have 3 dogs, I assure you they do not bark 24/7 as we have a treat camera so I can monitor them while my wife and I are at work, There was a guy with a Janky Subaru but I believe he moved. Its hard to blame the place for other peoples issues. They gave a notice out but they are just doing their jobs making sure we are safe. I would rather them test the alarms and make sure we are safe then being incinerated alive. I also am not sure why they complained about kids running a muck here? I live on the bottom floor and almost never observe trash or anything being left by children if anything its cigarette butts and beer cans. I gave it 4 stars becau
