Great management team and the maintenance team u guys rock

Their management sucks!! The assistant manager will tell you that you can have whatever it is you are asking to do with your apartment without checking if it is okay. Then when you do it the manager will write you up for it. The funny thing about that, though, is the manager will tell the assistant managers to post it on the person's door. The funny part is they post it and then run away like little children that knocked on the door and ran. Ridiculous, isn't it. The reason they run is so they do not get confronted by the tenants for the fact that they told them they could do whatever it was to their apartment before the write-up. And they are trying to make money on the side by charging each apartment that might have company over $50 for each person that comes over. Whether you know the
