We purchased a TKO Parade of Homes home a month ago and wow! It's fantastic. They were great to work with, back up their work, and have Kelly (a skilled craftsman) to help cover any concerns. Kelly has been out to just do a few minor touch ups and each time he goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Thanks TKO for really caring about your customers and backing up your work! This was our first time building AND buying a home. TKO was awesome. We went through so many people when we first started looking for a home and had a terrible experience with people not responding or not taking us seriously. Finally we found TKO, and it was honestly pretty smooth sailing. It was so nice to deal directly with the builders and not have to go through realtors and middle men. TKO builds the home first with all your preferences and then once it is built they sale you the home, so a construction loan is not needed! They were happy to let us do anything we wanted to do ourselves, or helped us find any specialty upgrades we wanted. We have owned and lived in our new home, built by TKO, for 18 months. In that time, we have needed little in the way of follow-up services. Our TKO warranty contact was Kelly, who has extensive experience. Kelly has been immediately responsive to our calls, very pleasant to work with, on time, and provided an excellent repair job when needed. Recently, we discovered a water leak coming from the master shower. Knowing that we were past our home warranty period, we called Kelly to ask for his recommendations of who we should call. His response was immediate…he contacted the original plumber and tile contractors to have them assess where the source of the problem was occurring. We worked with Mona on finding our first home. She took us to look at a few and we had found one we loved but was a bit out of our range but was able to help us get it! She is awesome about communicating and made the process an easy one! TKO homes have unique designs of all kind and even after we moved in they helped us with whatever we needed as new home owners.
