If they are words that can describe my experience with Titan Properties and their agent Sam T, I probably have not enough. Sam is someone who is confident, intelligent, reasonable, approachable, honest and very versatile. She showed me two properties, both left in excellent condition by previous tenants, any remodeling and even the minor things that needed to be addressed were pristine. When I went to see the properties once more to try chose a property not Only did Sam greet me with the most sincere smile but such remodeling was done so cleanly I almost forgot those were there. Back to Sam though, she was knowledgeable about the company, its policies and even helped me with information for my service dogs. She made me feel like I was choosing my forever home and she didn’t spare any deta

i’ve been renting an apartment in friesland through titan property management for a year and a couple months now. any problem i have had at my apartment it was fixed within the week or month depending on when workers were able to come out. which was no problem. my apartment is big , not out dated, quiet and it comes with a garage also! rent price is perfect. i really enjoy currently renting through titan Tammy is one i always reach out to via email or text for any questions, and has helped me out a lot with anything going on, she is very kind and gets back to me as soon as she is able to. best place to rent through!

The staff who should me the home was beyond helpful and kind. She was an amazing help and it took less than 24 hours to hear we got the home. The tears came and my daughter smiled. It has been a blessing to have worked with Sam!!
