Assurance Title

We have used Assurance Title for the closings of two different homes and worked with Amy both times. Amy is professional, thorough and friendly and we very much enjoy working with her.

It was an absolute pleasure working with all the folks at Assurance Title. The process was painless and flawless. Would recommend them to everyone!!

While the staff had a professional attitude, I (the seller) did not receive any documentation prior to the closing date, and some documentation presented at the closing was in error. The buyer also did not receive all of their documentation. Despite several phone calls, at no point did their staff confirm that documentation had been received. Assurance's response to these errors was that they "did everything we were supposed to do."

Steph Kamrath-Wright was fantastic! She returned calls sooner than expected. Very professional. She answered all the question that the sellers and buyer had pertaining to the transaction making them feel good and satisfied. Thanks so much for making life easier for all involved.
