Natalia (property Manager) is amazing. From my initial questions, to tour, to move in she has been great to work with. Management in general is always very responsive- ive never had that anywhere else. Ive only needed maintenance a few times but theyve been amazing and always very timely with their response to my requests. The only issues I have here are the parking lot & noise. 1) The speed limit is 10 mph but people are constantly zipping through, avoiding the stop signs at entrance and more. Im tired of it. It makes me feel like my young child cant even be outside because nobody has any respect for the rules. However; i know that Natalia has tried to fix this and they do send out reminders. Great apartments in a quiet area of the city! Natalia, the property manager, is phenomenal! From answering the phone and scheduling a showing same day, to being incredibly accommodating with everything surrounding my move-in has made this experience one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been in Oshkosh and renting for well over a decade now, and this has been my best experience yet. I truthfully cannot say enough great things about the property management!

Apartments are beautiful and well maintained, but more importantly, Natalia and Jeff are amazing to work with and are professional and friendly! From signing my lease and other documents to move in, the process was effortless (have been a renter over 20 years in various states and never had anything go this seamlessly). I am very grateful to live here and highly recommend.

As a prospective tenant, the customer service was fast but awful for informative, ignoring simple questions and demanding personal information to feel like I was in talks with a scammer that is all too common online. I guess high demand and low supply can get away treating customers like you are their customer, sad! My advice; give fake info to protect from ID fraud until you meet in person and confirm not a scam(it's a scary nightmare to be victimized by ID fraud).

Insides are nice. But paying a premium price at this point in construction is not what I expected. Brand new sod that is about a foot talll has yet to be cut. Entrance is gravel with potholes. No lights to entrance or parking lot. One trash dumpster for three buildings (36units). I was under the impression these things were going to be taken care of by the first week in August.
