Brio Building Apartments

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING. Reminder this is my personal experience. The parking. You get uncovered, surface level lot parking that you have to pay an extra 75$ for on top of the rent price. This is also per car, if you live with a partner, you both have to pay 75$ each for parking. Keep in mind when winter rolls around and you get -20 nights, you dont have underground parking, and your car sits outside in the cold. With overnight snow, a company (unknown at this time if contracted by brio or co-op) will send plows before 6:30 AM, and will plow your car in. When you go out to go to work in the morning, you will have to figure out a way to remove the snowbanks Infront and behind your vehicle. They will tell you to move your cars after 1PM, but this is after youre plowed in. This has happene

Discovering this apartment has been a real gem! The move-in process went off without a hitch, and a big shout-out to Kristen, the manager, for her warm welcome and timely assistance. She's always up-to-date and ready to help. The apartment itself is kept in great shape, and it's pleasantly quiet here. Plus, there's extra peace of mind with all those exterior cameras. A neat perk is the secure package room with access fobs and cameras – a real convenience for package deliveries. I wholeheartedly recommend this dependable apartment for anyone looking for a safe and comfy place to live

Very beautiful space….. Management (Aaron) had poor communication. We either received no response at all or it was days later. He also canceled our showing last minute due to a leak damage that would take an “unforeseen” amount of time to fix. Very disappointed.

Think twice before signing here. The facilities are genuinely nice, and management wasn’t unresponsive—but the lease terms? That’s where the fine print turns feral. Halfway through your lease, you’ll be told to renew early or face a steep rent hike. Need to leave early? Your options are: $500 to “relist” the unit (which may never actually be posted), while you continue paying for water and utilities OR pay two full months’ rent to walk away And don’t bother trying to help yourself—Craigslist posts get flagged. All exits are gated... and tolls apply. Look, I don’t think this review will hurt their bottom line. They’ll be just fine. But if I can help one person go in with clearer eyes (and a magnifying glass for that lease), it’s worth writing.

My experience at Brio has been wonderful. The apartment is functional, clean, and well designed. The windows are huge, giving you lots of nice sunlight. All the appliances are pretty new and work well. The property manager has been friendly, responsive, and so helpful whenever I had any issues. It's very convenient to have the coop right downstairs. In terms of location, you are just a 10 minute walk from lots of restaurants/bars/coffee shops on Main Street and you are so close to a beautiful walking path along the river!
