If you are a 1st time home buyer, beware. His passion seems to be into commercial realty, had I known this I wouldn't have worked with him. Has a 1st home buyer you expect guidance with your realtor and not be prompted to do certain things. Lack of communication unless I reached out to him I didn't hear from him. I understand a realtor isn't required in certain states to be present for closing, he was late. 5 days before closing signing agreements that should have been signed in the beginning for a law that went in affect in 2024.

Over the past 10 years I have bought and sold 3 houses with Jeff. Each experience has been unique based on where I was at during various life stages. One thing has been consistent each time, JEFF! You could not convince me that there is a better real estate agent in the entire Phoenix valley. Jeff was amazing. We were from out of state looking for homes to rent. Jeff contacted us to find out exactly what we were looking for. When we flew in, he drove over an hour from his office to the area we were interested in and showed us every house on our list that was available. Even some places, twice.
