They do NOT use any of the three main credit bureaus to run your credit. Instead, they pull your credit using a third party online credit service, that allows them to see line items that have ALREADY been removed from the main credit bureaus. They did not seem very happy with me when I called back and told them that the line item they were saying was the reason for my application being denied, was not actually on any of my three main credit reports.

This real estate agency is a waste of time. We are horrible and have horrible customer service. They don’t ca they are very unorganized and very primitive in their way of doing business

If you’re looking for a property where management is allergic to professionalism and maintenance is a never-ending guessing game—look no further! The office staff? A masterclass in laziness and entitlement. You’ll find them too busy being rude, and rolling their eyes to actually help you with anything. Need a repair? Don’t worry, you’ll get to experience it three times over—because that’s how many visits it takes for maintenance to maybe get it right. Assuming buddy wearing his good eyes that day, it's not his fault though he's well past the retirement age. Save yourself the stress. Unless you enjoy begging for basic necessities and being treated like you’re the inconvenience, I’d strongly recommend you keep looking.

I’ve written a post about this company some time back about the kindness and love they show their customers and clients. Still truly to this day I’m amazed everyone and everything is just that. Loving and understanding very kind you almost feel like family I’m not joking, there was a time truly I say to everyone that reads this post I’ve had two back surgery and I’ve never stopped working but at one point I wanted to give up no matter how hard I work I couldn’t get a break. I went back to work after my first back surgery and broke my lower lumbar again I thought everything was over. Coming from Miami to give my sons a better life I’m a man a father of great faith through all my hardships I never gave up I say this very truthfully I never had a home or house of my own no yard to play just
