Timbers West

This apartment complex is in an absolutely gorgeous area surrounded by huge trees. The air in this area is amazing because of them. The property manager, Julia, is very kind, conscientious, and respectful. During our move-in process, she addressed all our concerns. Sometimes it takes a little while to get a response, but important issues have been resolved within a reasonable time frame so far. The main downside of the property itself is that, as with most wood-frame buildings, there is not much sound insulation between units. Other than that, I think this place is great! Very excited to live here.

Update- They still suck New owners Holly Robert and Julia - RUDE unprofessional illiterate and completely disrespectful their mannerisms and behavior is so unacceptable. They don’t follow tenant law. They don’t follow Washington state law or federal. They have broken safety rules, and refuse to even keep the property up-to-date or in good living condition. They will call your derogatory names and the sense of entitlement they have over the residence who are paying them to live here on the ad is outrageous. So are the prices because you are definitely not getting where you’re paying for the manipulation and the line is completely unacceptable and I honestly feel so unwell when I was here with them. Would never recommend it even looking at this place it is horrendous disgusting and the maintenance is awful management as in the owner is because they don’t even have a management company besides some lady named Julia, who is not even informed of anything going on is absolutely ridiculous. All you have to do is read the most recent reviews. They’re under new management as of March so or shall I say ownership so I would avoid it don’t look at past reviews they’re not accurate anymore however the last owners were amazing. These ones are awful sent straight from the depths of not here, I am appalled by the grotesque conditions of the living situations the way they communicate with tenants and potential tenants it is a Deserves to have to go through this

So I came for a showing to this place Julia had scheduled me 10:30 am on Sat 14th. I showed up early and it was someone waiting on the steps who told me to get out of the car asked if I was someone else . Then said they did not have a scheduled showing for me. Extremely rude person so I message Julia and the lady who was extremely rude . I was told this lady name was Holly she didn’t even tell me her name when she was being rude.I drove half a hour out of my time to come view these apts. she then comes over after showing the 10 am says ok I can show you quickly the apt cause I don’t got a lot of time I have to pick someone up.I said no I am not going to be rushed I am doing this on my day off and drove half hour she then said well your making this easy on me.
