Timberlane Apartments

Apartments have been recently renovated and are very clean. Management is always quick to answer to any maintenance issues or otherwise. The complex is quiet and they have a pool and bbq in the courtyard. I’ve toured the redwoods complex which is ran by the same manager and the apartments there are also to the same quality standard.

I've been living at Timberlane since the summer and it's been great! The apartment is beautiful, recently updated, and the buildings are peaceful! Vanessa is a great manager keeping on top of everything so the common space is comfortable for all of the residents. She made the whole move in process smooth and there were no delays, which I especially appreciated! 10/10 would recommend working with her and any of the properties she manages.

Great starter home and stress-free move in/move out experience! Bruce is a great property manager. We never had any issues as tenants with management, and maintenance is quick and responsive. We’re going to miss living here, but would definitely recommend to anyone to inquire!

It has already been a year at the Timberlane Apartments and it has been such a pleasant experience. The courtesy and professionalism has been impeccable, with great management, and timely maintenance requests. From the gardeners to the maintenance staff, they are all so pleasant and really love their jobs. The pool area is well-kept and surrounded by such a beautiful garden, making it a great place to relax. In hosting last year's “Community Block Party”, many city officials attended and could not stop raving about our little “gated community”. They were so impressed. After one year of residing at the Timberlane Apartments, some recognition to all of the staff and owners as well, has been long overdue. Thank you to you all!

Overpriced rundown apartments roaches everywhere held together with duct tape and glue. Don't forget about the harassment from management and unauthorized entry to your unit. Had past rent forgiven because they didn't want a lawsuit don't waste your time. Had several other neighbors experience harassment from management. Don't trust Geraldine she is 2 faced
