I moved in three weeks ago and have had a very positive experience so far. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful. Initially, I had some difficulty getting in touch with the office, but once I received the correct email contact, communication improved significantly. Maintenance has been prompt and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend this community.

Aleyli, the girl who attended us was very attentive and kind. He showed us the apart study very willingly, explained everything clearly and answered our questions without a problem. His interest in helping us and making the visit pleasant was noted. Very good attention.

Jose Santiago was great technician to help me out with my service request and answered all my questions and was very persistent. I also have lived here for many years and I'm very happy with the community and the team, I also want to thank Aleyli she was very friendly and welcoming in the leasing office.

I've lived at Timberlake Apartment Homes-Altamonte Springs for 3 years now. When I first moved in, I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling, nonfunctioning stovetop burner, and a wobbly washing machine. The maintenance team (especially Manny and David) here is amazing, they took care of everything. They have to do everything by the book so it took a bit of time but they never fail to fix everything up. They're so nice that I used to leave candy and gift them cookies whenever they came. I toured 4+ complexes in the area and Timberlake has the best layout, by far. It's spacious, renovated, well-priced, well-located, and safe. Lived here for 7 years. 5 years in one unit. This place is the worst place I’ve ever lived. I wasn’t going to write a review until I just got a collection notice on my credit report. I moved from here and it was costly. I had ongoing issues for the entirety of the 5 years in the last unit I was in with the A/C. Amongst other problems mind you. But the a/c was the worse problem. They would always come and claim they fixed it but the next day, water all over the floor. So the a/c unit is in the ceiling in the bathroom. It would constantly overflow the drip pan. I would have to drain the pan daily with my wet vacuum. I had many complaints to the office asking them to fix it. Eventually the maintenance team took the door and never put it back on. For an entire year, big hole in the ceiling. T
