Timber Run

It’s a very nice place to live especially for people with children. The office staff are very professional and helpful. I would say some very kind and understanding people. The apts are a very nice size as well and are worth the money in this economy right now.

If i could give these apartments the worst rating known i would. First of all these apartments have ROACHES and upon me moving out she gave me a 1700 dollar balance over normal wear and tear on the apartment. They will most definitely see me in court and I will be sending health inspectors out!!!! They need new management or owners something has to be done! And i also reached out to corporate and haven't heard anything back.... poor service to the fullest. Please don't move here im saving you from the headache. Stolen cars, break ins, shoot outs, and constables basically live there but can never arrest anyone. Someone even got hit with a stray bullet and nothing happened

Please Please Please don’t be fooled into renting from these apartments, the staff is the sweetest until you have a maintenance request . Soon as you put in a request for maintenance to service the until the open the work order and send an email saying your request is in progress but the maintenance never show up I’ve had to send in the same request for months , the maintenance man are 2 old guys and are overworked and barely speak English making it hard to communicate the issues within the unit and when the maintenance finally comes all they do is patch up the issues and it comes back 2-3 months later . Nasty front office lady. Messes with kids, and has no heart. Don’t move here it’s not a positive living environment for any family. They do not care for your family. Or your family wellbeing . Her name is letica!!!

I lived here for 4 years. DONT MOVE HERE. The apartments have roaches REALLY BAD , cars get broken into. Men and teenagers outside smoking weed& shooting dice. Fighting. Shootings every week. Horrible neighbors, only one trash can that gets full. I finally got out and now they haven’t refunded my deposit or even sent an Itemized deduction list in the mail and it’s been over 30 days so prepare to take them to court. New leasing agents every few months and none of them know what their talking about.. Manager Leticia will do an inspection on your apartment if she doesn’t like you and not inspect other units. AVOID THIS PLACE , THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE or probably people who had just moved in and had no idea what they were getting into. RUN THE OTHER WAY.
