Timber Ridge Apartments has been incredible, and I have to give a special shout-out to Phyllis, the secretary. She has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of helping us get into our new home. Phyllis is patient, supportive, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to walk you through everything, answers every question without hesitation, and makes you feel like your situation truly matters. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful time so much easier, and you can tell she honestly wants the best for the families who come through those doors. People like Phyllis make all the difference. Because of her, we felt welcomed, respected, and hopeful. Timber Ridge is lucky to have someone like her representing the community, and we are extremely grateful for everything

I absolutely love my apartment. The staff is always helpful. Maintenance crews responds in an adequate amount of time. I have absolutely no complaints. Its a great place to live.

Anyone who reads google reviews please never move to this place it's absolutely completely GARBAGE, the property manager and these maintenance guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing, our A/C has been broken for months since the summer and have yet to fix it!!! They also take forever fixing anything when we truly need it then they blame us like we are the problem??? You literally can't do anything hear like decorations or hanging stuff up you'll get a violation from the office, this place feels like a prison like it's depressing and nothing to do, the neighbors are constantly loud next door to us and banging on the walls very late at night, police and US Marshals show up because something bad happened down the same block and nobody does anything about this but yet we get complaint

I love living here Ray, Phyllis, and Bill and the other guy. Don’t know his name are awesome.

From the very minute I walked in the door, Phyllis made me feel welcomed, comfortable and her knowledge and help of what needed to be done was more than outstanding. It takes a special kind of person to handle every situation that comes through the door and she does it with overwhelming kindness. I love my apartment and look forward to the next year here, instead of struggling to make ends meet at a much smaller and not as nice place that costs twice as much. Thank you I appreciate the whole staff and what they do!!
