This company was awesome to work with. I called them about selling my house and they were quick to respond. I had an offer the same day they came out to look at the house. It was enough to pay off my mortgage and then some. Closing was a breeze and they gave me more then enough time to find another place to live and move out. I didn't have to clean, paint or improve the house in anyway. I highly recommend this company. Matt Durand stayed in contact with me and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Our experience with and time involved with Matt for the sale of our home was quick and easy. They did a walk-thru of our home and made us a fair offer that was in the range we reality. We had tenants that needed to move and their contract stated the could be 30 days. They are in their 70s and would he hard to move in that time frame.
