Timber Oaks Apartments

Where do I start, this new management is what these apartments needed. They have been very understanding and are communicating with us as needed. Even our work order requests are being done on a timely manner. It was about time!

Horrible Management! Very unprofessional and clueless. Came in today 10/27/25 to acquire a 3bed/2bath apartment. It was busy with tenants and future residents when I arrived. Seemed like everyone was all over the place. A Leasing agent vocally explained to me that their 3/2 go pretty fast and that a lady before me had just left and said to be bringing her money order in for her application tomorrow. The leasing agent said if I were to go get mine Today and fill my application out I would have first dibs on the apartment. And that the apartment is move in ready and after the application is processed I could put my deposit down. Management has recently changed and it’s the worst!! Overcharging in utility bill, lost payments and will take forever on work orders!!! They are so lost and don’t know what they are doing, they are just horrible to tenants, they don’t want to help at all. All they say is we can’t do anything. The only good thing right now are the maintance. Sinia was very good getting her job done! She went up an beyond to get me hot water back! She made sure I had happy with her work before leaving and made sure I didn’t need anything else.

The new management that took over in January 2026 clearly does not know what they are doing. The previous management handed over without proper payment records, and tenants are now being chased for alleged debts from last year, with staff going around asking for money orders. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Timber Oaks Apartment keeps changing management due to the recruitment of unserious and unqualified personnel. Because of this poor leadership and lack of accountability, the apartment will continue to face lawsuits and tenant dissatisfaction. Worst management really bad experience on this apartments people that live here have been without leasing contracts for months they charging whatever they desire to charge and how is it possible they are leasing to new people and can’t give contracts to the people that’s been living here for years. 02/15/2026
