Timber Mill

Well, it may be a little bit early for a review. It's only been 3 days since I moved. I haven't even slept my first night yet. But I really like the management crew here, Joan and Brenda. Joan fixed me up with a great apartment. Just what I wanted. Plank flooring throughout. A smart door lock and thermostat. New stainless steel appliances. It is really more than I expected. The grounds are well kept. The squirrels seem to be happy and friendly. There are plenty of birds. But I hope to be getting my furniture this weekend if it doesn't rain too hard. I'm looking forward to a happy time. I met one of my neighbors. Check back with me in a couple of weeks.

Brenda, Joan and Bree were very very helpful when I inquired about the apartments. The application process went very fast. I received my keys for my apartment with no problem. Maintenance always comes through when you need them. The apartment complex is very quiet. They keep it very clean. I’m very happy with the choice. I made living at Timber Mill apartments.

Current resident! The management team is attentive and , easy to work with, maintenance is always quick to respond. I’ve never had an issue they couldn’t fix or clearly explain. The location is also fantastic and super convenient — highly recommend!

I was in a pickle to make sure my kiddo was able to go to College Park High School for his freshman year. I went in not expecting much, but this place is a really nice community. Nobody had loud music or crazy shenanigans, never thought our safety or belongings were in jeopardy. Yes, the apartments are outdated in fixtures. Yes, some of the cosmetic stuff could use some TLC. But overall, Timbermill exceeded my expectations. The staff are nice and down to earth. The trees throughout the property make the whole complex feel peaceful to walk around. The apartment rooms are smaller than I’d of liked. The fixtures in the bathrooms are a short. We had to lean over to use the bathroom sinks. I’d live here again.

Clean complex, very friendly staff- office and maintenance, and fun social events. Last night we had a Brushes and Beverages night. It’s quiet, calm, and close to everything in The Woodlands.
