One of the best places to live! Lived there happily for many years. First we lived in the apartment for a little over a year. Then we moved into a duplex they had. Both the apartments and duplexes are very nice and spacious!! The manager was very kind and helpful in every way. And if there was ever a problem she would help us however needed!

I’ve lived here for the past two years and love it! Management has always been helpful and if any issues, it’s always taken care of immediately! All of the neighbors are kind and truly have enjoyed living here. Such a great neighborhood for you and your family!

I have rented from Timbercreek for 3 years now. I recently transferred from an apartment to a duplex. I LOVE my duplex. It is very cozy and I love having my own garage and driveway. I am impressed with the manager, she helps me any time I have a concern or request and is always super friendly!

We have lived in the apartments for almost 3 years now. We love it here, very kid friendly. The management and maintenance is amazing and will work with you, as long as you let them know what’s going on.

Don’t waste your time renting from here! A little over a month ago we started to find mold on things in our house in all the bedrooms. We called the property manager to tell her and she said she told us to fill out an incident report but don’t write that we found mold(obviously I did anyways). They sent maintenance in to look and couldn’t find the source and decided to just send someone out to clean the air ducts. Whatever may help we thought.... Henderson heating and cooling came in and they found mold in our hot water heater closet, like a lot of black mold! Our property manager asked if she could set up a time to spray it with bleach and paint over it. I honestly didn’t want to do that because that’s clearly not going to fix the problem when you can see that walls are still wet from wha
