I've had a very bad time trying to find a place. And here they treat you with respect and like family. I am so happy that I'm renting here.

many of the properties are incredibly infected with cockroaches, the ladies there are very rude and are willing to lie to both tenants and under oath! be very careful and know your rights when dealing with these people

Do not rent here, they are a terrible company. Unit had bedbugs and rats. For a full two weeks there was no working toilets, showers, or sinks in unit. That’s not just disgusting it’s a health violation. And when I tried to get help there was no response. I’d occasionally get a one or two word response. There was zero communication, zero urgency, and zero accountability. Management was plain rude, but the days I gave them a check they turned polite. Middle of the summer I was left with no ac for weeks on end. They will not fix things in their units. No tenant should be subjected to such conditions, this place should honestly be sued or shut down. It’s cheap but not even worth it.

Got me and my babies into a home and the process was quick im very appreciative will definitely recommend them

The lady that owns it is completely rude and unprofessional, I called to check on my application after days of not hearing anything back after they kept telling me they’d get back to me, once I called Susie wells kept cutting me off, would not let me get a question out and was overall rude through that whole process
