The Timbers Apartments

The place itself isn't bad but yet we have had cooking grease poured on our porch matitence cleaned it up within 2 days.our upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and never learned how to walk. We can hear exactly where they are at at anytime. They stop are constantly being loud after 10 we have tons of videos of them being loud but the property manager keeps saying it's "apartment living nosies" but yet anyone can realize of you hear them on a phone video then you would knoe ot much louder in person. I've lived on apartments before I know what is normal these neighbors aren't normal they loud excessive and downright disrespectful to anyone around them. But again our property manager have made excuses after excuses protecting these ppl. We have lost pictures of the wall falling off due to t

I moved into The Timbers in June of 2015 and my wife later moved in with me after we were married in September of 2016. We both loved living here and making this our first home as husband and wife. Rick and Debbie are great people and run the property very well. The pool is kept clean all season and they have a nice little fitness area with new treadmills and a weight bench. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is a great place for a small pet. Our dogs loved the wooded pet area behind the property. Of all the things I'll miss about living in Central Missouri, I'll miss our apartment at The Timbers the most. It's honestly a great place to live. -Ray and Gwen ❤️

My husband and I were looking for a place and they worked with us to get us in right away. They have been amazing, kind, and when you have a problem with something they get it taken care of right away. The community pool, grills, and fitness center is an added bonus! We absolutely love it here.

I love living at The Timber’s Apartments. It’s a nice, quiet place with a beautiful view of trees and nature. It has a very nice pool and courtyard. The neighbors are nice. Rent is affordable. Utilities are crazy affordable. Free internet. On site laundry facilities. Pet friendly. Awesome management. I’ve been here nearly a year and plan to renew my lease.

We absolutely love these apartments. Very spacious awesome pool and weight room. Security cameras everywhere and the parking lot is lit up like a runway and that’s a good thing. We have been there since the place was built. Amazing staff and super.
