Came to take a tour, management was so professional and nice. They took me on a tour and I loved the spacious layout, modern upgrades, and all the natural light in the unit. Loved how there is washer and dryers in the unit which is a plus! Loved how they did mention they have 24hr maintenance which is very helpful and assured me that requests are always addressed promptly and thoroughly by the friendly staff. I also did notice the grounds look impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's a quiet, great views, pet-friendly complex which I was excited to be able to bring my fur baby. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and well-managed home to come and tour!

I had an amazing experience at these apartments, and a huge part of that was because of Bryanna. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. She took the time to answer all my questions with a positive energy and explained everything clearly, and made me feel truly welcomed and supported throughout the process. The other workers as well, I never got the chance to catch some of their names but very respectful. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and feel like a place you’d be proud to call home. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve been living here at Tierra Vida and I just want to say I love this place! Jacob and Brie are the BEST! Every time I ever need anything they are respectful and kind. Jacob and Brie go above and beyond, not only by providing amazing activities for the family and I, but also how they carry themselves throughout the complex. I can honestly say this place is my home thanks to Jacob and Brie.

I’ve had a great experience at Tierra Vida Apartments. The service is excellent, and the management team is extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. They are always quick to respond and genuinely care about their residents. The community is well managed, communication is clear, and any requests are handled efficiently. I would definitely recommend Tierra Vida to anyone looking for a comfortable place with outstanding service.

Living in Tierra Vida for 1 year has been a bad experience all together, mainly for 1 reason, the management/front office. I’ll start with the pros, the area is very nice, and the apartments are generally nice as long as you get the more remodeled version. As well as a couple of that staff members, all really expect the property manager that nobody here likes. Now the cons, the property manager to start, she has a terrible reputation with the tenants here and people talk poorly about her for her attitude and the way she acts. She wants to control as much as she can and she does so by being rude and doing her own thing. She lies about what she can and can’t do to get her way. The other staff are very nice. She will close the office early before the actual close time without notice which is
